This was a book club selection. I really loved this book and got really engrossed in the setting. I liked how the story timeline changed from past to present. I know some people didn't like the ending, but it made me really happy.

Very charming little collection of fairy tales, with lots of the Grimm aesthetic. Light and not very challenging, but clever enough that I'll be reading Rhodes' 'Anthropology.'
