Ha Tran Tran itibaren Agua Nueva, Coah., Mexico
The early historical coverage was very good, the twentieth century coverage brief and disappointing. I wanted to see more women's stories; I wanted reports from social experiment communities; I wanted speculation on "where do we go from here" and all of that was thin or lacking altogether. Still it was an interesting book, and very readable. The author made her own prejudice clear, which I always appreciate, and the subject matter is fascinating to me. I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in western social history.
