I expected this book to be funny. Instead is was a little sad and a lot complain-y. I expected a few funny, specific stories. Mostly this was Anna Sam complaining about how all customers are rude and mean and stupid and she can't do anything except smile and nod. If it wasn't such a quick little read I wouldn't have finished it.
