July 21: I was wandering through the claustrophobic aisles of Capitol Hill Books (D.C.) today and this book practically jumped out at me within seconds. It's been on my to-read list since I signed up at goodreads.com. I figured it was a sign that I had to buy it (used) because to find it in that bookstore was a miracle... July 31: Finished! It's a fun book about comparing American and British cultures. I found myself reading excerpts aloud to Loz. I can't wait to see the town...

I must be retarded for not getting this book. I didn't enjoy it in the least. The Holocaust theme was interesting, but the moving about in time, etc. No thanks.
