Didn't like it and didn't finish it. I became very bored early in the book.

Very well written. Obama is a great writer, especially for a politician. He tells stories from his past, interspersed with explanations of modern race and class problems. By the end, the reader has a pretty good idea who Barack Obama is, which I think in 2007-8 could be pretty important.
