I thought this book was well written, but it just wasn't my type of book. I found it depressing, and though I would recommend it to other people, I prefer to use my reading time as an escape from the disturbing reality we live in.

This is a must read for anyone going into the mental health field that values understanding and exploring existensial issues. This book is also an easy read and a great book on Nazi concentration camps. The search for the sacred is what gave meaning to the experience and ultimately led to Frankl's survival.
