This is a book of collected speeches and writings from this autodidactic libertarian who lived a short life but impacted the thinking of many people in and outside the movement. Though this book consists of writings from the 70's and 80's it is still valuable because it touches on many of the issues we are still dealing with as the state has gotten larger and more intrusive. The more I read from this viewpoint the more light cascades off the awful policies coming out of Washington. The issues touched on here are: Capitalism, Statism, Iran/America relationship, Music, Objectivism, Property rights, War on Drugs, all the standard fare for Libertarians. Anyone wanting a challenge to the status quo here it is.
