This is my second Bohjalian book, and again he carefully crafts a story. A couple in Vermont trying to recover from the loss of their twin daughters due to a flash flood. The reader understands that different things help different people heal, and time, love and caring are the common bonds. How much time, who we love, and how we show care are amongst the interesting details described in this novel.
