When I finished this book my initial feeling was that this was an enjoyable read. It was the story of the growing romance between a conservative, retired English major and a Pakistani shop keeper. The first hours of their relationship were spent discussing Kipling. This is very significant since the Pakistani woman ends up turning her back on her religion, her traditions and her family for "love", i. e., a Christian wedding. This is a dangerous book, because it goes down so easily. But it as anti-Islam as Representative King or the EDL.
