First reviewed on blog: 21-25 July 2011 It's another Paige Toon book I mean what's not to love? Every book of Paige Toon's I love. Pictures of Lily though I especially loved the way she wrote at the start that Lily was 16. It just shows you (even though it is a book) that you never forget your first love and that their love was real. So instead of me babbling I'm not going to say the usual stuff I always say in any Paige Toon Review but you really do need to go and read this book. It is amazing!!! I liked how we got to catch up with old characters such as Richard, Lucy, Nathan etc from Lucy in the Sky. (Another one of my favourite books)

Good and interesting story of legendary 1415 Battle of Agincourt in France. Very bloody and violent. Preferred Cornwell's Archer's Tale.

Throughout my childhood, this was my favorite book -and it remains so until this very day. The story of Ronia, the robber chief's only daughter, born on the night of the great thunderstorm that ripped her father's fort in two, cannot fail to engage you. It can be read on so many levels - like an adventure story, a tale of growing up, about the rise of the state and military and its consequences, about fathers and daughters, about mothers, about love, about ecological understanding, about gender. Anything and everything you can think of.

A well written biography of an individual who attained stardom, if not martyrdom in this post modern age. A great read, well researched, touching on all the major themes of Che's life. How surprised folks will be when the read about the executiner Che, the reactionary fascist disciplinarian he becomes in his late life, the man abandoned by the fates which guided him to power earlier. Read this, before you mindlessly sport the shirt.

I like this series but this is only the 2nd one I'm reading
