This book was entirely amazing. I was thrilled all the way from beginning to end. Flinn wrote a great book told from the Beast's POV, and I never even thought of it that way. I was intruiged, because I get the feeling i'm not the only girl searching, and there are some guys who are searching for people like Lindy and I. Sometimes, we just have to look more closely, because some of the good guys are the one with the fur and claws...But are as cuddly as a teddy bear.
My first Oscar Wilde play. I'll be honest and say that my only knowledge and interest in reading any Wilde work is derived from Morrissey's fondness of his writing. It makes sense that every piece of work I've read by Wilde I've enjoyed immensely. A play that deals with trust and deceit, this is a very well done story that proves to be an excellent starting point for the transition into more work by Oscar Wilde. "Men become old, but they never become good." "I am the only person in the world I should like to know thoroughly." "Whenever people agree with me, I always feel i must be wrong." "In this would there are only two tragedies. One is not getting what one wants, and the other is getting it." "Experience is the name everyone gives to their mistakes."
