I'm currently taking an improv class from a school started by the author. It's not written remarkably well, but it has some pretty good information.

I read this book for the first time right before I started my freshman year of high school. It was so wonderful to read something I really related to. I think it's a great book to read if you feel misunderstood, or awkward, which most of us do at the beginning of high school.
