Amazing that I missed this book when it came out. (my excuse is having little kids) Having read Ephon's last two books and loving them, it was comforting to read her same short sentences in this brief novel about loss and how to cope. Should she buy a VCR? The ambassador from Yugoslavia...Worth reading or rereading. For the baby boomers, the essence of what is paramount in our lives has surely shifted since 1983!
