Great sci-fi story for YA. It was engaging and full of suspense. It should have a strong appeal to those students that have finished the Hunger Games trilogy and are yearning for more. The characters were believable and the plot was fast paced. I thought it was interesting that John ( Number Four)'s best friend was named Sam Goode. I wondered if that was a nod to Frodo's side-kick that eventaully saves the day in the Fellowship of the Ring series. Sam does become an unlikely hero in the story. I'm not sure if I want to bother with the movie version . I think I like the images I have created for myself. I am hungrily looking forward to the next installment.

A fantastic resource for those of us nerds who truly enjoyed Watchmen before the movie was out and even for those who were late in joining the Watchmen craze. This book delves into each of the characters, fleshing out each past, present and future as well as truly what "makes them tick". A great and interesting read for anyone interested in the widely celebrated graphic novel. Enjoyed it so much I had to buy it!
