Vay be, bu kitabı SEVDİM!

Hmmmm.... I felt detached to the story most of the time. I felt like It would be a good gut-wrenching read, but most of the characters were just so vanilla the entire time. If this were happening to me, and my father was acting like Amelia's father, I would have thrown stuff, screamed, cried, begged... not just sat there mute and let it continue. I would have contacted the media and exposed my father for what he was doing... broken out of my house and ran to Anthony sooner... Anothy's actions were ok and I did feel the anger in him but again, why are these people just letting this go on? Why were none of them really fighting? And Anthony's mom? UGH! GO TO THE MEDIA! It's their best chance to get the court of public opinion on their side! I wont spoil the ending, but I found it 1.) A little unrealistic and 2.) Sent a bad message on how to fix this situation. Overall I think the story was fascinating from a "court-case nut"'s perspective, but the actual angst the teens should feel was missing and left a chuck of meat out of the story.

Disappointing - I like what they're trying to do, but the excessive use of timing got in the way of a story otherwise worth caring about.
