Yeah I was forced to read it in Honors English in 9th grade. Then the class was split in two group for a debate over guilt vs innocence of the big guy. I started with reluctance to read the book and ended up being unable to get it out of my mind. I still have these images from my literary memory of this book and others that I don't think will ever fade away. I guess that is what defines a good book: The depth of the impact on your senses....
