Liked it enough that I plan on reading the sequel.

As I get older, I seem to have less and less patience for books that don't grab me right away. I used to finish every book I started, mostly because I felt this responsibility to the author to experience their entire work before judging it. I still feel it's unfair to rate a book I didn't get through, but I no longer have qualms about putting a book down at a certain point and just saying, "Not for me." This book was not for me.
