I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed this book, even though I had been recommended this book three times by not very religious friends - I love Anne's writing style so personal and funny. She really makes me feel that I'm talking to a human being exposed of her flaws but filled with hope and is someone so approachable and relatable. This was such a fast read, yet so insightful. It really made me sad when I got to the end, because I truly felt i was no longer going to talk to a friend.
