Unfortunately, me and this book didn't click. It was supposed to be funny, but I didn't think it was, to be honest. I also thought all of the investigator stuff was quite boring. It's disappointing, because it seemed like my kind of book and I expected to love it, but sadly I didn't.

I don't know if I will ever have erase the imagery from my mind. I read this in 1997 and it still haunts me...
