My most favorite of books by the author. Lynda Barry kills me, probably one of my most favorite comic strips ever. Touching and ridiculous at the same time. Her sloppy drawing style is so deadpan, and the expressions she creates on the characters faces are priceless.

I had a hard time getting into the book at first. If it wasn't for old Jacob I would have put the book down before the young Jacob's storyline really peaked my interest.
