This book really changed the way I think about conversation in organizations. I had previously thought mostly about structured conversations in meeting-type settings. From this book I gained a much wider perspective in thinking about the multitude of conversations that happen one-on-one, in small groups, and in multiple settings. I appreciate much more the value of the multitide of small conversations. Even though it's been years since I read the book, it comes to mind often.
