Less than I expected, this slim book is about a high school election, but the teacher/student sex and desire make it an adult rather than a teen read. The book is a little anticlimactic, and the characters are not really very fleshy. That said, it is wry and funny and dark and quick, a little misogynistic but clever and well-written.
