If I were to review only the first 100 or so pages of this book, I would give a 5 star rating and tell everyone how magical it is. However, it lasted for a few hundred pages and the final 25 were about as lame as I have ever read. This might be the worst ending imaginable - for me. However, I know that many people love this book.

A slight disappointment after The Pleasure of My Company, but much more nuanced than the movie. Captures early-adulthood angst in a quiet way.
