Impressively good. Everything a cheese-lover could possibly need or wish for. I particularly like the historical and geographical notes. This book really is a very practical and enjoyable way to learn more about cheese; indeed so much so that frustration arises when one cannot find a cheesemonger who supplies (for example) Swiss Gruyère.

I thought this story was okay, but when I started listening to the second book I just got bored and stopped.
