the bad news is that this guy has had seriously every ailment known to mankind and is going to tell you about it in detail and in alphabetic order (brace yourself for the good times 'scabies' chapter) the good news is that you probably already own pretty much everything it would take to cure said array of illnesses in your spice cabinet. while i found his suggestions at times a little unrealistic for the urban reader, i must say this book got me engaged in herbs and i reference it regularly for aches and pains and the like. i owe this book a debt for helping me with my serious motion sickness affliction. (ginger is the key!)
