This took me a long time to get into, in part, I think, because the first 250 pages read like a sales pitch for outsourcing. I finally came back to it after it had been sitting untouched for over a month and then knocked it off pretty quickly. It's a little superficial and not really anything new to me; maybe it would be different for someone who doesn't understand the importance of online communications. It's not a book I'll be hanging onto. (12)

I picked this up (while weeding books at my library) because that movie with Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo, where she's in a coma and he falls in love with her ghost, was based on it. I didn't like the movie that much, but I thought maybe the book would be good, I'm not sure why. Anyway, it wasn't.
