Fascinating historical fiction! Conn Iggulden has a different perspective on how Genghis Khan became a blood lust thirsty warrior and later leader of the Mongols. The research is very apparent in the details of life at the time and how difficult and sometimes brutal it was back then. Anyone interested in historical fiction, as well as action packed reading, will love this book. I'm looking forward to the next 2 in this series and am hoping there will much more following the Mongol line.
