My favorite book read thus far. The world building was astounding, the characters were compelling and the plot drew me in. Everything from the creatures to the landscape set up was so interesting. Despite the length of this book, I've read it twice and bless my Nook that I can read it over and over without worrying that because its so long I'll mess up the binding by reading it so much. He reminds me of Robert Jordan in the way he builds his world with such intricacy, but though I LOVE the Wheel of Time, I have to say, the Way of Kings was much quicker to draw me in, and didn't lag where the Wheel of Time sometimes does.
