This was a really good, quick moving novel with engaging characters. There was one thing that annoyed me - it ended on a bit of a cliffhanger. That being said, I can't wait to read the next book. In some ways I was reminded of Wicked Lovely. The plot wasn't the same, but the writing style, the realistic qualities, and the edginess were all pretty similar.

A difficult book to read, but very powerful.
