This novel was downright heartbreaking and unsettling. Never let me go is a slow paced book that is meticulously detailed to a large extent. Every reaction from its characters is fully described. Every scene carefully built up for such a devastating ending. Curiosity is what reeled me in. Books which are somber and slow were never my type of books. However, those kinds always unnerve me. It unnerved me because i was given such a vivid view of every difficult situation. A clear view of the personality of the characters to justify why they did what they did. The meticulous details of the book enabled me to thoroughly comprehend the conflicts arising out of the characters. I was able to understand the characters so well that i loved them even though they were awful to the other characters. I can't explain it as coherently as i would like. This book isn't just about the concept of letting go. there is so much more to it than that. It's so frustrating that i cant put it to words. What captivates me is the subtle and conservative writing style. I would definitely recommend it to those who want to engross themselves in despairing book. That doesn't appealing at all though.
