It's small wonder that Blume has authored more banned books than anyone else. This is a vivid portrayal of young love and lust, and is a timless and refreshingly honest account of innocence lost. As relevant today as it was when it was first published.

Awesome contemporary YA! Elizabeth Scott continues to write solid, meaningful novels. What I particularly enjoyed about this latest release is the parent characters. Doesn't it seem that in most YA novels the teens are screwed up and that's partly due to some bizarre parental influence? Not so here. Sometimes we just fall on the wrong path and have to haul ourselves out w/ good parents. Love You Hate You Miss You is a great example of coping when in that situation.
