Ponyboy and his palls Darry,Sodapop, Johnny, and the others like to go around living life. And the way they discribe the Socs, which is the social rich kids is that they are stuck up and like to jump greasers like themselves when alone. But one accident changes Ponyboys and Johnny's life forever. Johnny in trying to save Ponyboy's life ends up killing someone. They run away from their problems, which is not the answer to solving anything. So Pony and Johnny find themselves in the country biding their time till they come back. When they start thinking that it wasn't the right thing and head back to their home town. What do you think will happen when they get home? Will there be one more accident?
