Another favorite book of mine was the nice story of Niara. Which was a young African American girl who backs to Philadelphia with her mother who she never lived her before. They clash and bump heads but finally they learn to appreciate each other and love each other. She has to deal with sex problems and peer pressure problems that are being faced by every teenagers. Great book interesting because it talks about a teenager girl who moves back with her mother who had her as a teenager and she was taking from her mom to leave with her grand mom but then once her grand mom dies she is sent to live with her mother. This book reaches out to young girls who are looking for love in all the wrong places. For young girls who want to fit in so they believe the way to that is sex. From this book I learned that many people have their struggles. This book talks how a teenage girl named Niara deals with not having a mother. In this book the girl Niara's mother had her at a young age and had to give Niara away to a relative. The controversy in this book occurs when Niara met her mother when she turned 16.

So far this book is begining to get me sad and think about my life and how i am begining to treat things. I need to learn to accept the things that happened in the past history and get over it and move on.Dave taLks about his like life after and the many things he has done.my life is kind of similar but not to much. i havnt gone through what he has but i have had the same feelings that he has had, with having someone thoughts and feeling about what some people have done to me.Also in the bbeging dave talks about how he wishes that his mom wouLdnt wake up, or else another dayy in hell must begin. welL that is sort of how many of you might feel.you dont like something so u try to avoid it.or you feel this horrible agony.

I was lucky enough to be on an ARC distribution list for Love & Leftovers (sadly, not to keep) and I adored everything about it - the title, the cover, the characters, the setting, the little life lessons ... this is a story you'll want to read more than once!
