Enjoyable "scientific romance" not quite as much fun a War of the World but still interesting and imaginative.

I'm a fan of this series of books, however, this one was a little dull especially in comparison to Helsreach or Rynn's world.

A couple of the stories are fantastic, but overall not a must-read.
