Anthology of fantasy noir. Mostly good stories with a couple superior tales and a couple that just didn't work for me. A better than average collection.

Sadder than usual. But full of water and roses.

A tortured hero, an abused heroine with a tragic past, a case of mistaken identity, and a wicked uncle plotting against them. While these may seem common enough in the world of historical romance this story is actually quite original. Untouched is a sexy and poignant love story, what a great mix!

I thought this was going to be a sad whiney gay relationships book based on the cover. I know judging books by covers is a common mistake. Cliches have been created around this. Anyway, I think it was my first of many books by David Sedaris.
