Visionary and cinematic. Retains the integrity of Tezuka's original story and adds realism, grit and political intrigue. When Atom shows up in the story, my inner comic book nerd did flips. Full of surprises, mature, intense. Etc, etc. Just read the thing already.

3.5 stars. I rolled my eyes on many separate occasions whilst reading this; let's just leave it at that.

Loved it! Edward's point-of-view is almost better than Twilight and it certainly answers a lot of questions and provides the missing details that I was wanting while reading Twilight. I really hope that Stephanie Meyer finishes Midnight Sun someday!
