This book is actually written for young readers. I did it for the family book club at the literacy center where I tutor, and everyone loved it- the moms, the kids and me. It is a wonderful story, full of humor, emotion, and irony. I give it 5 stars as a must read for kids and parents to read and discuss as a family project.
