I liked Brooklyn Follies more but this was the exactly right moment for me to read this.

This is my first read by Charles Frazier, and I appreciate his style of writing. I also always enjoy any story set in the frontier days of America and learning more intricacies of our country. A good story, good read, and I recommend it.
