This is Jaycee Dugard's personal account of what she endured for 18 years after being abducted by Phillip and Nancy Garrido. I'm amazed at how sane, courageous, positive and loving she is after what she was exposed to. She is truly inspiring! As for the Garridos, the darkest pit in Hell is even too good for them!

** spoiler alert ** I really like the interaction (what there is, anyway) between Nancy and her father in this one. While he's usually not particularly involved in her cases past wanting her to be careful, he's feeling doubly protective as both father and client. I love any of the books that really focus on them, so this one I'm definitely fond of.
