So #5 in the Psy-Changeling series and for the first half (?) of the book, I was seriously burned out. They were just seeming to all follow the same formula...even the sex seemed The. Exact. Same. Until....Dorian and his "one touch". Now that's what I'm talking about!! Something different, something off the wall and something right out of left field. I knew there was a reason I liked Blondie. But back to the story....this is about Dorian, of course, and the M-Psy Ashaya. In the last book, she had asked Dorian to help her with her son and he does. Then Ashaya decides to stick it to the Council and all hell breaks loose. I really liked Dorian and Ashaya together. They just fit and the ending was perfect. The bad guys?? How many more are there going to be? I think with all the "encrypted" messages, it was getting a bit muddled as to who was who but it does sort of even out at the end. Again, I have no clue who the next couple will be but it seemed to be leaning towards Mercy and I'm really looking forward to hers. This was so sweet: "Why are you sad, Dorian?" He couldn't lie to her. "The leopard wants you to see it."
