I recommend this book to anyone who has ever had a running conversation in their head when they think about a past boy/girl friend. I read it in about two hours. It is beautifully written and amusing. Enjoy!

This is a great book, told in a riveting voice. It must have blown people away when it first came out. The ideas were less surprising to me; when I read it in the nineties, the evils of racism were already well-documented. Still, though, it's always important to remember that this problem hasn't gone away, and for this reason, Black Like Me is as important as ever.

Great story- Dracula. His life told through true historical documents and events. Good "historical" fiction. Her writing style was a bit fanciful at times, but I loved the story and mystery.
