Last time I read this book, I was sixteen. I found that it was a completely different experience this time through.

Another great Kate Daniels book! Once again the fate of Atlanta is in Kate's hands. We get more character development with Andrea after her shifter status is exposed and she is forced to come to terms with the fact that she is not human. All this while facing descrimination and the loss of The Order that she built her life around. We learn more about Kate's family history and interesting life altering facts are revealed. Kate continues to improve and expand her skills and builds new alliances. I hope she works with the witches more in the future to broaden her magick. The little reveal at the end has me very excited for the next book!
