Looooooved it. Every single moment of this book enthralled me. Richelle Mead can totally win my heart every freakin time. It was the perfect choice. Eugenie for once was wise and made the right choices. She was probably the most victimized heroine of Mead's creation, but she finally got her happy ending although smeared with a hard choice, at least now she had her life in order. I'm naturally sad I won't be reading any more from this series, I'll miss Dorian and Vulosian terribly :( and Eugenie is one my dearest characters, and one of the most badass as well. I just wish she had killed that schmuck Kiyo, he's one of the most hateful characters Mead has ever created! I really don't understand why people felt it was an unfair ending!? It's what was meant to be. If it were up to us Scarlett would've won Rhett again and Bella would have a ménage a trio with Edward and Jacob! But really, this is the most suitable ending. I would've even accepted it if she chose to stay in the human world and abandon all otherworldly shit altogether to stay with her children. For someone who suffered so much I wouldn't blame her for any choice she made. Perfect book. Thank you Richelle Mead for many hours of heart wrenching reads.
