Valentin Mikhailov Mikhailov itibaren Hradištko, สาธารณรัฐเช็ก
A train wreck. A freak show, literally and figuratively. I hated every second of reading this book, yet I couldn't put it down. I was drawn in with morbid fascination until the last page. I hate when I'm this ambivalent about a novel, but I guess in this case it's a compliment to the author since I'm sure that was her intention. I hated the plot. I hated each and every character. I hated everything. I feel like I was supposed to though, so I do have to give credit to Dunn for her ingenuity. I suppose I'm just not cut out for this type of literature. Well-written, but it's too on point and does it's job too well for me to enjoy any part of it. Stupid ambivalence.
i found yet another poet who can almost make me cry. go figure.
