kept me engrossed throughout a long plane ride, so i recommend it for travel reading! he's akin to david sedaris in his often laugh out loud accounts of family dysfunction but there's something a bit grittier and over the top and less subtle in his style. p.s. the story itself is darker and more depressing, especially since it's supposed to be real.
