I didn't mind this book. It was a little depressing though. Made me realize, again, that life is so different depending on so many factors and that I am truly blessed. The characters seemed so independent of one another for some of them to be so "attached", especially to Mr. Singer. I completely agree with Priscilla's take on the whole story. It was very strange that they were all intertwined so much, but no one realized how they affected any of the other characters. I will be interested to see what everyone has to say.
