When people go into this book thinking it is one of the most amazing all time romance novels, they would be sorely disappointed. All the teen magazines are saying that this is the book of the decade and so on, but this is not true. However, if u enter the book thinking it is a trashy novel that is over-rated, it is a rather well written book. I really like this book and read all the twilight books constantly, and it is the only book that i can actually have a conversation with someone my age!

I encourage all to read...especially if you want to understand the role of the intermediary. Very insightful. Connell-Szasz is a wonderful lady and professor. She understands the cultural diversity of Native America. As a Native American student, I value her knowledge. I tease her and say she's knows more about Native life than I do! But she always denies that, so you can add humble to her other unique qualities.
