Intelligent, philosophical, entertaining. I loved it.

The last of Garth Ennis' run as the best writer of The Punisher. Actually I think he just came out with a little six part comic with Steve Dillon, so I guess that would be his last. Anyway, this was all right. The MAX series was getting old once Ennis started regurgitating the same old characters and villains.

Great history of Maine.

I was able to finish it, but honestly towards the end there I just skipped through most of the end. Kenyon has so much potential to be great, but she really needs to work on making her characters more believable, stop explaining every specific feeling the characters are having in a very simplistic and almost childish way, and cut out some of that cheese. I'm all for sappy romance, but this was just too much! It was so corny! I am always looking for a good fantasy and this was definitely not good. I heard a lot about Sherrilyn Kenyon and the dark hunter series seemed interesting, but I don't really know if I even want to bother with this author, she's not good enough to waste money on. If you want an AMAZING read, with full storylines, engaging characters, emotional resonance, and humorous writing that is actually HUMOROUS, read Nora Roberts Circle Trilogy. The woman is a amazing.
