A story about the author taking place in 2004 and beginning of 05. I loved this book. I read it in a weekend and I rarely moved from my couch the whole time. One of those kinds of books. I'll say no more- read it!

I love owls, so it was only a matter of time before I read this. I struggled in the beginning, due to the, well, useless information. The fact that she and her sister used to sing in commercials has no need to be mentioned. That her grandfather's brother was Cubby on the original Mickey Mouse Club. This has nothing to do with the story, and it was at this point that I thought that maybe I wouldn't finish it, if such superfluous information was going to be included. But I'm an animal lover, and a bird lover, so I continued. I learned so much more about owls in this than any science/biology class ever taught me. Definitely recommended. :)
