I accidentally read the 2nd book in this series first. (I so don't like it when I do that!!) There were probably 2 handfuls of swear words in the book, which I can do without. It was an interesting concept of an extra hour in the day for the "midnighters". A little dark, but still kept me reading!

I've gotta say - this is my favourite of all the Warcraft novels. It has all the characters that made me fall in love with the WoW lore. By being presented in this simple trilogy format, it's easy to finally read about the early history of Malfurion, Illidan, Tyrande...and even some characters from the "present."
